Your Account
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Use Gallery Bloom for lawful purposes only.
Your Content
You own the content you upload or generate. By using Gallery Bloom you grant us the limited rights we need to store, process, and publish that content to the destinations you authorize.
AI Output
AI-generated drafts are suggestions. You review and approve everything before it publishes. You're responsible for what you post.
Subscriptions & Refunds
Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. You can close your account at any time.
Disclaimers
Gallery Bloom is provided "as is" without warranty. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond what the law allows.
